Katia & Sabrina, are third generation Cheesemakers from Italy. These two Italian sisters have a wealth of knowledge in all things cheese. Experts in both micro-diary operations & shenanigans, you will be guaranteed to have both a tasty & fun experience!

Enjoy a hands-on workshop learning and making your very own Mozzarella & Burrata in the traditional way, the only way, under their expert guidance.
